In 2018, Innosilicon actively pioneered the resolution of the GDDR6 high bandwidth memory bottleneck, enabling mass production of high-performance computing GPUs. Subsequent achievements include the announcement of HDMI 2.1 IP supporting 4K/8K display and high-speed 32Gbps SerDes IP in 2019. Additionally, the launch of HBM2e and INNOLINK Chiplet technology in 2020 marked a significant milestone, forming a high-performance computing platform adhering to Chinese standards.
Looking ahead to 2021, Innosilicon plans to introduce the world’s first silicon-proven GDDR6X PHY and controller IP based on GDDR6X memory chips from Micron. This forward-looking approach positions Innosilicon at the forefront of innovation in the semiconductor industry.
