Return Policy
We strive to provide every customer with the most competitive prices for current products. Due to the volatility of the market, once invoice is accepted by the customer and paid, All sales are final. We will accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.All Miners will be double boxed for your protection. We will make every effort to make sure your purchase arrives intact. If in an unlikely event your package arrives damaged, Please follow the steps below to expedite your claim.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are dimensional weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 1 day of receiving your item(s). (A phone call, while appreciated, will start the process faster but we must have an email w/ dated pictures sent to document your damage and/or loss) Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and send you an RMA# to return your product to us. Once we receive your damaged product, it will be inspected and determined if it qualifies for repair or replacement. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.). If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price. If you are claiming a loss of package, We will do everything in our power to work with the shipping company to locate your package. In the event it cannot be found, we will will send out a replacement or if not available, process a refund. Please be patient as lost packages are usually found but can take some time.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
