I worked with Steve and Mangu during my transaction for a KD6 ASIC miner (as a first-time ASIC buyer no less) and anybody who has done literally any research into purchasing an ASIC knows exactly how risky and stressful it can be. I found WUP Access through one user’s mention on a reddit post in a megathread where people expose scammers and give positive ratings to legit sellers, and this shop was mentioned as being legit. It wasn’t a lot to go on, but I am so, so glad that I reached out to these guys. They are the real deal, they have an actual brick and mortar shop that they’re invested in, and they make everything as simple and smooth as possible. I received my equipment when I was told I would, I have received support and clear communication during the entire process (mine was a preorder so we’ve been working together for a few months now) and Steve and Mangu definitely have my trust. We’ve even FaceTimed during the setup of the unit — they want to see everybody taken care of, 100%. When it’s time for the next piece of equipment, I know where I will be shopping. Thank you guys again for everything! In the age where customer service is effectively dead, it’s amazing to see people who care about what they do and who want to help.
